The Arizona Promoters of Applied Science in Education is an non-profit organization dedicated to creating and promoting scientifically and technologically challenging events beyond the classroom. APASE wants Arizonans to have more opportunites to experience "real-life", collaborative, problem- solving competitions. The group believes that this can be accomplished in a fun and exciting way, thereby motivating students to explore the fields of science and engineering. APASE intends to bring together students of different levels of education to learn from and mentor each other. By inviting students from around the country to participate, Arizona can become a focal point of STEM education in the United States. The driving goal is to prepare our youth to become successful participants in the future of our global economy.
